The Gartner ‘Voice of the Customer’ report uses customer reviews from the Gartner Peer Insights forum to provide insight into existing customers’ views of a vendor’s product; as well as other aspects of an organization including evaluation and contracting, service and support, implementation and deployment, product capabilities, and willingness to recommend.
