Foster City, Calif., August 15, 2023 Exabeam, a global cybersecurity leader and creator of New-Scale SIEM™ for advancing security operations, today announced that Exabeam Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Gianna Driver has been named one of Ragan’s Wellness People of the Year winners for her dedication to employee well-being. The Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards recognize high-performing organizations and leaders that take employee well-being seriously. The Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards ceremony took place today in Denver, Colorado. 

In her role at Exabeam, Driver has created tools, systems, and processes to enable Exabeam employees to do their best work. She leads the global human resources function and is responsible for architecting the company’s people programs; building, investing in, and retaining top talent for the company; and driving corporate culture and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
