Building on Strength. Moving with Purpose.
My first week as CEO has reminded me why I believe so strongly in this company — the people, the purpose, and the impact we make every day. As I dive into my new role, I’ve been doing what I’ve always done here at Exabeam: listening and understanding.
Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time with our customers and partners, hearing directly how they’re using Exabeam to solve tough challenges and where we can keep making a difference. I’ve also spent time with our teams — the people building, supporting, and delivering our technology every day — celebrating wins and talking honestly about where we can go further.
Those conversations tell a clear story: our company is strong. Our advantage comes from our people, powerful technology and trusted relationships built over years of delivering results. We’ve earned that trust through consistently staying close to customers, solving complex problems, and proving we deliver when it matters most. That track record is what sets us apart in a crowded market.
Every day, security teams are balancing more data, more complexity, and more pressure to get it right. The way I see it, this moment calls for hyperfocus on what delivers real value.
Customers need outcomes that stand up under pressure:
- Reliable detections
- Faster investigations
- Clarity through the noise
- Fewer blind spots
That’s the business we’re in.
Continuing What Works
The next chapter isn’t about changing direction. We’re going to continue what’s working and build on it with greater speed, scale, and precision.
The strategy that has driven our double-digit bookings growth, both quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year, remains the same. It’s been tested, proven, and validated by our customers’ success. My job is to keep moving it forward and deliver what our customers need.
We’ll keep meeting them where they are — on premise, in the cloud, or anywhere in between, and integrating across ecosystems to deliver more value through MSSPs, and trusted partners. We’ll keep aligning our success with our customers’ success because that alignment is what defines how we operate.
That’s also why execution matters so much right now. The companies that thrive in this market are the ones that stay disciplined, innovate without losing reliability, and scale without losing focus. It is a balancing act. That’s the company we’re building at Exabeam. And one I’m incredibly proud to see Gartner acknowledge as a SIEM Leader for the sixth time.
Our Priorities
- Customer-first Innovation. Every improvement comes with a clear purpose: helping security teams detect, investigate, and respond faster.
- Partner Alignment. MSSPs, channel, and technology partners expand what we can deliver. We’ll keep deepening those connections to bring more value to customers everywhere.
- AI That Elevates People. We’re practical about AI. It’s here to enhance analysts’ work and leaders’ visibility — making investigations faster and insights clearer — not to replace human judgment.
- People and Culture. The energy and pride of this team make everything possible. We’ll keep investing in growth and building an environment where people can do their best work.
- Operational Excellence. We’ll keep strengthening reliability, scale, and speed because our customers depend on it.
Looking Ahead
We already have what many others in the market are still trying to build: proven technology, trusted relationships, and real growth. The opportunity now is to amplify that strength through sharper execution and deeper collaboration.
As I look ahead, I’m energized by what’s possible. We have the right strategy, the right momentum, and the right people to lead this next phase. We’ll keep listening closely, moving with purpose, and earning trust through consistent, meaningful results.
When I think about my goal for Exabeam it is simple: Build a great company that we are all proud to be a part of. A company that our customers and partners trust, rely on and want to do business with.
The foundation at Exabeam is strong, and I’m confident the future we’re building together will be even stronger.
