Exabeam CFO Holly Grey Receives Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence Award

Foster City, Calif., June 29, 2023 – Exabeam, a global cybersecurity leader and creator of New-Scale SIEM™ for advancing security operations, today announced that Exabeam Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Holly Grey has received a Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award. The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence Awards recognize extraordinary women and companies committed to advancing women’s leadership roles.

In her role at Exabeam, Grey oversees financial, legal, and IT and security operations across the global cybersecurity business. Grey possesses an in-depth awareness of the organization, which has helped to drive and implement cross-functional and process improvements to help Exabeam’s operations scale with its growth. Grey was selected by the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence Awards for her contributions to the maturation of Exabeam’s business operations and processes, growth of her team, and the creation of a healthy, productive work environment that makes everyone feel valued and appreciated.

Grey, a two-time cancer survivor, is an active participant in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, raising over $100,000 to support funding for cancer research. Additionally, she is a member of the LGBTQ+ community whose “people first” approach to management recognizes the value in elevating different voices and perspectives everywhere. 

Grey has over 25 years of experience in high growth technology companies. Prior to Exabeam, she was SVP Finance at Forescout Technologies where she led Forescout through its successful initial public offering. Before Forescout, Grey was SVP Finance at Accuray Incorporated, a publicly-traded medical device technology company. Prior to Accuray, Grey was VP Finance at Aspect Software, leading the organization through extensive growth, including multiple M&A transactions. Grey started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Boston College.

The news is the latest recognition for Exabeam for its diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging (DEIB) efforts. Exabeam has also been certified as a Most Loved Workplace and received the 2022 TMCnet Workplace Award for Tech Diversity.
