Hartley brings over two decades of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and business development from Cisco, Intel Corporation, and Rapid7

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – March 25, 2026 Exabeam, a global leader in intelligence and automation that powers security operations, has appointed Chris Hartley as Vice President UKI and Nordics. The strategic appointment provides dedicated, on-the-ground support to local customers and partners across the regions. Hartley will play a critical role in helping organizations modernize security operations through Accelerated Security Operations by enabling faster and more effective threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) with AI agent-driven analytics and automation.

Hartley brings more than 20 years’ experience in IT and business management to the role, specializing in cybersecurity for over a decade. He previously held leadership positions at Cisco, Intel Corporation, and Rapid7. As Vice President of UKI and Nordics, Hartley will lead regional engagement efforts with a strong focus on customer outcomes, long term partnerships and addressing regional cybersecurity challenges. In this role, Hartley will provide expert guidance, enabling customers to benefit from open and flexible solutions that integrate with existing security tools and data sources — supporting both the Exabeam New-Scale and LogRhythm Platforms without vendor lock-in across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

“Chris joins us at a pivotal moment as organizations across the UKI and Nordics rethink how they approach security operations in an increasingly AI-driven landscape,” said Egon Kando, VP of Europe at Exabeam. “His combination of regional expertise and proven leadership will be instrumental as we deepen our presence and help customers navigate this shift with clarity and confidence. This appointment reflects our continued focus on building strong local leadership to drive long-term customer outcomes and sustainable growth across the region.”

Hartley’s experience in leading strategies in the UKI and Nordics will help drive closer collaboration with customers and partners to drive adoption, measurable value, and operational impact across complex security environments. His appointment comes as Exabeam also welcomes Erik Herfindal as Regional Sales Manager, Nordics. The combined appointments underscore continued investment in the region from Exabeam to strengthen its local leadership and customer-facing capabilities as it supports accelerating security demand in the Nordics.

“I’m joining Exabeam at a hugely important time for cybersecurity across the UKI and Nordics. These markets are currently navigating one of the biggest technology shifts since the move to cloud, as AI rapidly becomes central to driving innovation and operational outcomes,” said Hartley. “What excites me most about Exabeam is its strong customer focus, its heritage in leading user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) since 2015, and the way it’s building on that foundation with innovations like Exabeam Agent Behavior Analytics (ABA). Combined with its investment in its channel ecosystem and the Exabeam APEX Partner Program, there is a real opportunity to translate that into tangible growth across the UKI and Nordics. I look forward to being part of this journey.”
