What is the dress code?
We recommend business casual.

May I request a list of attendees before the event?
Sponsors will receive a list of titles and companies of those registered for the event. Jessica will email the list one week before the conference.

When and where is the Spotlight19 conference?
It is a three-day event from September 30 – October 2, 2019 and will be held at the Hyatt Regency, located at 5 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA 94111.

How many staff passes are available to me?
Platinum Sponsors = 3 Full Conference Passes
Gold Sponsors = 2 Full Conference Passes
Silver Sponsors = 2 Full Conference Passes

How many party passes are available to me?
Full conference passes include access to reception at the Exploratorium (Fisher Gallery & Observatory) from 7pm – 10pm on October 1.

What’s the party I’m hearing about?
Exabeam is hosting a reception on Tuesday, October 1 at the Exploratorium (Fisher Gallery & Observatory) from 7pm – 10pm. Full conference passes include access to the reception.

What is the cost for an additional ticket?
Additional Booth Passes are available for $300 each. Booth passes will not include sessions or the after party.
Additional full conference tickets are available on the website for $795.

What size tablecloth do I need?
You’ll need a branded tablecloth that’ll fit a 6′ banquet table.

What size banners can I have at my demonstration space?
Gold and Silver sponsors are welcome to bring ONE pop-up sign not to exceed 3.5′ x 8′
Platinum sponsors are welcome to bring TWO pop-up signs not to exceed 3.5′ x 8′

How many chairs will be at our demonstration space?
2 chairs will be provided with a 6′ table.

How are booths assigned to sponsors?
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please email jessica@kennedyevents.com with questions.

When will I know my demonstration space number?
Sponsorship tables will not be numbered onsite.

How many pop-up banners can I have at my booth?
Gold and Silver sponsors are welcome to bring ONE pop-up sign not to exceed 3.5′ x 8′

When should I have my booth staffed?

How many boxes can I ship?
All in-bound and out-bound shipping is being managing by the Hyatt.
In-Bound Packages = $20.00 per piece
Out-Bound Packages = $20.00 per piece

You are also welcome to research UPS / FEDEX locations near the venue to avoid shipping charges.

When can I ship my boxes?
Packages will not be accepted by the Hyatt until Tuesday, September 24 due to limited storage space.

How do I order a monitor for my booth?

24″ monitor on desk stand = $250
32″ monitor with speakers = $490
40″ monitor with speakers = $690
46″ monitor with speakers = $875

Will wifi and electricity be available?
Electricity will not be available at your booth. To purchase an electrical drop, email jessica@kennedyevents.com ASAP.
Standard WiFi will be available and will be password protected for Spotlight19 guests!

My demonstration requires a lot of bandwidth, will the wifi be strong enough?
If you’d like to purchase a hardline for your demonstration, the cost is $200 for 5 MEG. Please email jessica@kennedyevents.com ASAP with this request.

Are lead scanners available?

Yes!

The cost for the software license (app only) = $249.
The cost for device rental (device + app) = $299 if ordered before 9/1.
If ordered between 9/2 – 9/15 = $349.
If ordered after 9/16 = $399.

I purchased lead scanning software. When will I receive my login credentials?
Those details will be emailed to you directly once you’ve confirmed & paid for your lead scanning app or device.


Branding

When is the in-app design due?
The mobile app design, measuring 640 x 150 pixels, is due August 23. Deliver the file as PNG, JPEG, and GIF to jessica@kennedyevents.com.

What details should I know about the swag bag insert?
Platinum and Gold sponsors are welcome to include one item + one data sheet in the swag bag for attendees. We will have 300 swag bags.
Exabeam will need to approve the one item for the bag. Please send your proposed item to jessica@kennedyevents.com no later than Friday, August 30.
Once approved, the item must be delivered to the Hyatt no later than Friday, September 27.

The deadline to reserve your room under this room block is September 19, 2019. However, if the block sells out before your team book their rooms, they’ll have to pay a higher rate. Please encourage your folks to book now to take advantage of the discounted rate!
