Exabeam Makes Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2021

Company chosen in security category among 429 companies selected out of 3,000 entries

FOSTER CITY, Calif., May 13, 2021 – Exabeam, the security analytics and automation company, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. Hitting newsstands May 18 in the May/June 2021 issue, and as part of a prominent Inc.com feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of U.S. companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company cultures. This year’s list also honors companies that have done the most to support their employees and keep them engaged through a turbulent year.

The multicultural and multinational team at Exabeam works daily to provide an open and supportive work environment. Exabeam is modeled around five core principles that guide everything the company does, including how teams work together internally and externally. The principles focus on collaboration, communication, confidence without ego, delivering the exceptional, and doing what’s right by team members, partners, and customers.

With these principles in mind, Exabeam aims to empower the team to share their unique perspectives. This is backed by initiatives that champion women with the ExaGals program and the Exabeam CommUNITY Council that focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion, further reinforcing Exabeam’s cultural philosophy of ‘better together’. Additionally, Exabeam has a Company Culture Committee, a cross-functional team established with the goal of promoting and preserving its culture.

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

“It’s been uplifting to watch our people support each other through these challenging pandemic times,” said Nir Polak, co-founder and CEO at Exabeam. “We are honored to be recognized as an Inc. best workplace and strive to be listed every year. With our strong values as our foundation, we are committed every day to fostering a diverse, positive and supportive work environment. It is a top priority at Exabeam.”

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
