The last week in Exabeam’s information security news was an ode to women worldwide. To close Women’s History Month, we honored all of the amazing Exabeam women who are breaking the bias. Highlighting women in tech is always a win. Exabeam Chief Human Resources Officer Gianna Driver penned a beautiful letter to all cis and transgender women,. and shared what organizations can do to be inclusive of the trans community. In Gianna’s words, “There’s so much we can do to create more diverse, inclusive, equitable workplaces and ensure everyone knows they belong. While small actions might seem trivial, they make a difference and are essential in creating thriving, inclusive spaces.”

In line with women breaking the bias, Exabeam Chief Financial Officer Holly Grey sat down with Authority Magazine to offer her advice on what it takes to be a successful C-Suite leader. When asked, “What advice would you give to other leaders to help their team thrive?” Holly responds by saying, “Listen to your team. Create that two-way path of communication where they’re willing to talk to you. They need to know that we’re all in this together. You need a team that’s enthusiastic to work not for you, but with you.” Spoken like a true leader.
