Change is a constant, both in business and in life, and for women leaders in technology we are expected to thrive in high-paced, frequently changing environments.

Living through change can be difficult, thriving through change even more so, and leading through change requires a multifaceted skill set.

Recent statistics indicate that the percentage of women in cybersecurity increased from 11% to 20% over the past 5+ years. This includes an uptick of women in C-level cybersecurity roles and more women appointed to board-level positions than ever before.

While women are changing the game in an industry powered by change, there is still more to be done.

Join Exabeam and expert leaders to understand how they are working to change the game for women in technology, whilst balancing the needs of their careers and lives.

We'll discuss a wide range of topics including:

  • How do we push forward in changing the game to ensure women are represented in positions of leadership?
  • Is it possible to achieve balance in our careers, our lives, and our bodies?
  • What should we be talking to our own organisations about to drive real change for women?
